Hon. Robert P. Brotherton is a highly experienced Senior District Judge and certified mediator with over 40 years of legal expertise. He has handled a wide range of cases during his tenure as a judge, including civil, criminal and family matters. He has also held various leadership positions in the legal community, including past-chairman of the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission and past-president of the Wichita County Young Lawyers’ Association. He is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, a James E. West Fellow of the Boy Scouts of America, and a Boys and Girls Club Legacy Award Honoree of 2022. He is also actively involved in his community, being a member of the Sunrise Daylight Masonic Lodge #1433, Fort Worth, Texas, and Moslah Shriners, Fort Worth, Texas, and has been making a positive impact throughout his career.
